So Easy to make a Bubble Milk Tea 珍珠奶茶 (zhen nai)

Sekarang di mall di mana-mana pada jualan bubble milk tea, harga di mall kisaran 35rb-45rb segelas, mahallll bangetttt! Tahukan kamu, kalau di Taiwan segelas besar bubble milk tea hanya seharga 13-15rb, bahkan tidak sedikit yang harganya tidak sampai 10rb loh. Jelass, karena memang bubble milk tea asalnya dari Taiwan kan, tepatnya dari kedai makan bernama 春水堂 Chun Shui Tang.

Di Taiwan, kamu bisa beli bubble mentah di supermarket-supermarket atau carefour, makanya mudah banget buat bubble tea. Kalau di Indo, well, aku kurang tau...hehehehe jadi bubblenya itu awalnya berbentuk tepung yang sudah bulet-bulet, kalau kamu pencet tepungnya ya hancur.

Pertama panaskan air sampai mendidih, lalu rebus bubble mentah itu selama 10menit sambil di aduk terus-menerus. Nanti dia lama-lama mengambang dan membesar. Udah ngambang dan wangi, masukin gula 7-10 sendok bebek, yah tergantung kamu mau seberapa manis, pertama jgn banyak-banyak, nanti tinggal dicobain. Rebus lagi 30-40menit sambil di tutup dengan api sedang, jangan lupa tiap 1-2menit di aduk sekali.

Sampai kira-kira manis, wangi, besar, dan QQ alias kenyal, tiriskan, taruh di air dingin langsung biar ga melekat. Dinginkan 10-15menit, tiriskan. Jadi deh bubble nya. Sisanya tinggal buat teh susunya atau diganti sesuai selera.

在臺灣-台中市，學中文的時候，我去了很多吃到飽店，可是我覺得這家店是最最最好的！因為你想吃什麼東西都有，又非常好吃！

我覺得這家店很有名，因為他有很多店。比方說在台北有，在新北有，在桃園有，在台中也有，還有台南的。

我上次去是在台中店的，是跟同學一起去的。因為我選最便宜的時間（可是還不怎麼便宜啦...哈哈哈）所以人也最多。我建議你們去了以前一定要給他一個打電話，以後他會給你們定位號碼，要不然你不能進去，因為沒有空桌子。有了定位號碼也不能馬上進去（這是我覺得有一點奇怪），還要麻煩排隊。

這裡的東西我覺得都很很很好吃。可是不能常常去，沒有錢啊！哈哈哈哈... 首先我吃西餐，一片披薩 一碗麵包湯 炸肉 炸魚 烤魚 烤頭魚-真的很好吃 炸小小的東西。

然後日本餐，我再一次抓炸小魚因為我很喜歡吃，那條小魚 肚子裡面都是魚蛋！小魚旁邊是日本湯，這種湯也很好喝，口味重湯。

還有很多很好吃的壽司-sushi，也很好吃的沙西米-shasimi。

有西餐當然也有中餐。我自己吃了一盤對蝦.... (☆_☆) 還有香港的點心。飽了飽了！

可是還有很多東西還沒吃啊。哈哈哈哈 對！我們還沒吃吃看甜點。我看了蛋糕都很漂亮。所以我抓了一種一塊，餅乾。也不要忘記拿一點水果。呵呵呵呵

這裡也有冰淇淋，Häagen-Dazs 和 Creamy Mix Ice Cream. 到這裡吃真的真的真的吃到飽。吃了太多，晚上也還吃不下了。哈哈哈哈 我一定要再一次來吃！

Fat High Calories and VERY Delicious N.Y CheeseCake

Again! She is so nice and again she invited me to do a cake things together. Yeay~~~ First we planned to make a simply decorated roll cake, but sadly its doesn't turn out right. And too bad its ended on trash bin. Yeah, making cakes and when its gone wrong its become a wasted.

Well after that suddenly the planned need improvised lol! And she decided to make a new one, but instead a roll cake, we make new york cheesecake. Actually i prefer called it fat high calories and unhealthy cake but seriously deeply delicious, GOD! Hahahah

Its pretty simple, but the ingredients a little bit expensive. Of course la, cheese gitu loh! And its takes a while before u can served it. Why?? First baking time cost a lil' bit long than usual. Then we need to cool it down before served.

I hope someday i can make it on my own kitchen :) Well thezeeee are the ingredients and how to do notes! Nothing important that need to noted, because i think its not hard to make. Patient is the key before u can serve and eat.

And tarahhhh~~~~ finally after the cakes have a perfect yellow color also have a little burned on the top, and of course its cold already, u can take it our from the bake ware and serve and dont forget to take a picture of it :) This picture is snapped by my friend! Look nice eh?
